Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Black Dawg, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below:

1. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size issue (only if unworn and unused)

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at theblackdawgofficial@gmail.com

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized T-shirts are not eligible for return or refund.
